Terms of Salese

I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The Agency agrees to accompany and assist the traveler during his selected tour/trip/transfer service agreed on under these terms & conditions.

II. AGREEMENT TERM
This Booked Service will begin on {The Agreed date} and end on {Approximately at The Agreed date}. After this the traveler is free and the company is
not responsible.

III. PAYMENT MODE
The booking should be secured by paying a deposit and shall be at least {30%} per person.
Payments will be made either by (Paypal, credit card, cash, bank transfer, or cheque) a day before

IV. SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Security Deposit is to be refunded if the traveler has health issues or could not board the plane to Morocco, however, they must inform the
company at least 48 hours before the trip.
If it exceeds 48 hours it will not be refunded.

V. UTILITIES
The traveler will be responsible for paying for all the extra utilities such as Tips, Travel insurance, monument extra fees and all of the cited excludes in the Trip program (unless they were requested specially by the travelers).

VI. CHANGES REGARDING THE PROGRAM
If there were any changes regarding the Vehicle/Hotel/service/itinerary/ trip/tour… we will make sure to let you know beforehand.

VII. Number of Travelers
The number of travelers is agreed on before the trip or service, if you want to change the number of travelers it needs to be communicated at least 1 week for multi days tours (+5days), 48 hours before trips of +2 days, and 24 hours before 1-day trips. The agency needs to be informed as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements according to the availability of vehicles.

VIII.Cancellation Policy
If the travelers requested cancellation before 48 hours their deposit will be fully refunded, after 24 hours they will not be refunded.
If there was any uncertainty about the tour please inform the agent beforehand to make the necessary protocol.
